Nutritionist Rujuta Diwekar suggests having dahi, chaas, lassi and other such probiotic-enriched foods to aid good gut health and avoid toxin deposition in the body.

3. Create a balance:

Sinful indulgences are okay at times. As per nutritionist Richa Gangani, all you need to do is compensate for it with a healthy diet. For instance, if you have a lunch invitation to attend, try starting your day with detox water, then have enough fruits and eat some protein and fibre before leaving for the feast.
